The scope of your role will include but not be limited to achieve OR/OC to OP and on time delivery targets; sourcing, evaluating, recommending, purchase and expediting order items to achieve team objectives; ensure P1 or urgent orders are processed in timely manner; developing and maintaining current suppliers or new sources to get better cost saving and reduce the non – conformance report in purchasing; ensure good control, monitoring, communication and feedback to others; ensure all purchasing & logistics processes are followed (as TMS, agreement, regulation, etc); purchasing activity for spare parts, PEX, repair, warranty, fabrication, labor, test, calibration, etc of all unit/machine, also purchasing general items (civil & construction material, printing, consumable goods, etc) at all Thiess site; seek competitive on pricing, availability and best quality; monitor and update outstanding OR and OP revision; supply good meet the request date from site; expedite of OR to OP proceed; take corrective action for NCR.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma 3 with minimum 2 year experiences in Purchasing/buyer; have commercial awareness; knowing spare parts/component of heavy equipment; knowing general order items (civil & construction material, printing, consumable goods, etc), unit down support; self confident; good communication skills (English & Bahasa); hard worker, honest, knowledge about purchasing of material; component & labour, negotiation skill, problem solving using analytical method, computer literate and communicative.
