Receptionist
Responsibilities:

Answer, monitor, and forward telephone callsGreet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinationsObtain or send information or documents using a computer, mail, or a fax machineFile, Copy, and maintain documents and recordsCollect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail and courier deliveriesProcess and prepare office documentsPerforming other administrative support tasks, such as keeping appointment calendars

Requirements:

FemaleApplicants must holds at least a Diploma degree.
