Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to Commercial Supervisor. You will assist the Commercial Supervisor in Managing the Accounting, Financial and Cost Control aspect for all project operations and implement the best systems and procedures to ensure quality and accurate control including reporting achieved.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to provide analytical support to the Commercial Supervisor, Finance Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and other managers as required; provide Leadership and supervision to the personal of Finance and Administration Department; train finance and administration staffs and personal to effectively manage all aspects of day to day and monthly financial project requirements; manage the collecting and recording of costs and accruals, analyse and report the operating and financial performance of project; assisting Commercial Supervisor, Finance and Admin Superintendent/Manager in Monthly Financial Reporting, Progress Claim, Forecast, and Budget.

Improvement has arisen to join our Plant Dept team. Residentially based in Balikpapan and reporting to Plant Admin Supervisor. You will contribute to TCI Plant Objectives through the establishment and ongoing refinement of a best practice model for supporting the central plant administrational requirements.

The scope of your role will include but not be limited to monitoring and distribute the impact of the cost of the services provided to the plant department; prepare the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for the plant department; ensure that the key accounts within plant are reconciled; Prepare and distribute the weekly and monthly plant reports, ensure all are standardized and distributed through the plant website; work with site to and the Administration Specialist to standardize all site reports; report on the effectiveness,- cost wise in for all support services the plant department has a stake in; reconcile all inventory and WIP accounts that affect the plant department; manage the EOM and EOY BSF plant commitments, reconcile and preparation of Journals; ensure that all costs journal debit & credit to plant are correct; provide information as required to the JKT & Job Site Plant Admin team; provide a training ground for Admin Support staff.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma III or Degree in related Discipline – Accounting with minimum 1 year experiences working in finance, accounting and administration; familiar with plant costing system; having broad knowledge of JDE or other similar system. The candidate should be diligent; attention to detail; does not mind repetitive jobs, able to follow up on information, keep projects up to date on their data; fluent in English both oral and written/good communication skill; computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and good analytical skills.
