IS Staff – Application Operational Staff
Responsibilities:

Maintaining & monitoring appointed business application / systemEvaluating system usage and continuously providing feedback for current process improvement to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.Respond to user requests for problem/issue troubleshooting & solutions, as well as conducting escalation from Helpdesk/IS user support.

Requirements:

Male/Female, age not more than 28 years old.Applicants must be holding a Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Information System/ Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering,  with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00Having solid experience in database administration & troubleshooting.Familiar with MRP/ERP concept/ Accounting/Manufacturing process is an advantageHaving good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.Having good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & customer oriented mindset.Having good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, independent as well as strong teamwork capability.Excellent communication in English (both oral and written).
