GPA 3.00Having min. 2 years experience in food & beverage industryNeat and having excellent administrative skillsWilling to work in shiftMS Office literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InternetWilling to join immediatelyPreferably lived around Bekasi (Cibitung)

Finance Administrator (Code: FA)
Qualifications:

Female, Single, age maximum 23 years oldHolding minimum D3 degree in Accounting / Finance with min. Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to run the organizational efficientlyArrange and prepare schedule meeting, keep track and manage deadlinesMaintain and organize paperwork and electronics filesEnsuring the efficiency of the administration of the division, assisting the Senior SecretaryRecord and transcribe minutes of meetings, to draft routine or type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports, etcPerform special duties in relation with the division when requested

Requirements:
