ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
This position will assists Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports, prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)

Qualifications :

Female,Age between 21-30 years old.Candidate should possess min. Diploma from reputable Academy with GPA = 2.75 (diploma from secretary would be preferable)Having minimum 1 year experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Administration supportProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.Having strong interpersonal & communication skillDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-pacedWilling to be place at Lippo Karawaci
