Responsibilities:

Administering department’s documentation.Ensuring all department’s KPIs are prepared monthly.Preparing and settle project team’s travel arrangement.Ascertains safe working condition, health and environment in the work and reports condition of danger at supervisor.Obeys all related regulations of EHS in job activity area.Other job’s related

Requirements:

Preferably FemaleCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Willing to live in Surabaya

Junior Finance Controller
Responsibilities:

Monitoring of operations/transactions operated within Shared Services cost centresSupport to deal with costs centres of other Business UnitsResponsible of intragroup transactions follow up (Alnet process, from input to reconciliation)Handling of Group reporting (IN/GPS/ITSSC) as per rules and within deadlinesJournal posting in PMXAny other duties as requested by Cost Control team leader.

Requirements:

Male/FemaleCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA min 3.00Having At least 2 year experience in Accounting, Costs controllingComputer literate, knowledge of Windows packagePlacement : Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
