LTD and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, developer and operator of Senayan Square in Jakarta, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I, II & III office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. We are seeking suitable and qualified candidates to join our international management team in the following capacities:

Drafter (DRAFTER / DSO)

Requirements:

Preferably MaleMinimum education SMK / D3 graduateHaving experiences minimum 2 years in a Structural drawing for high rise building and other commercial buildingExcellent AutoCAD skill is a must; preferably mastering PhotoshopFair in English (spoken & written)Hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

Assistant Manager Leasing (Leasing / APS)
Requirements:

Holder of Bachelor Degree from either an overseas or highly reputable Indonesian universityPreferably having at least 1-2 years experience in handling apartment, retail, or shopping center leasingExcellent spoken and written English, Japanese language ability is an advantageResults orientated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownershipCompetent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power PointWell organized and disciplined with strong commitment to time managementDetails conscious, analytical and a lateral thinkerExcellent interpersonal skills combined with ability to negotiate and persuade othersHigh level of initiative, creativity and proficient in identifying and acting on opportunitiesStrong personal and work ethicsEnergetic, enthusiastic and welcomes challenge
