Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Machine Health Supervisor, you will have responsibilities to apply post analyst in order to develop failure model / logic, ensuring that reliability of TCI fleet can be improved.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to analyse the reliability of equipment, optimise component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner, fleet Superintendent to determine optimal repair / change out intervals in the short to medium term also to reduce un-scheduled failures; machine health / condition monitoring support.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a Minimum diploma degree from Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with analytical skills / experience, minimum 2 yrs in the same role or 4 yrs as Mechanical / Electrical trades; has qualification and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics with strong computer and analytical skills; information monitoring and data collection; light vehicle driving ability; good communication in English as well Bahasa.
Plant Engineer Machine Health Analyst

Residentially based in Balikpapan Services Facilities and reporting to the Senior Engineer Plant. You will analyze the reliability of equipment.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to optimize component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner to determine optimal repair/change out intervals in the short to medium term; provide equipment health recommendation and follow up recommendation to be action by site plant operation; monitor health activity include items such as oil analysis, filter cutting, magnetic plug inspection, VIMS/ET/MIC/VHMS data analyst, etc.; generate guidance to the onsite staff assigned to assist; generate report; cause of failure and identify appropriate actions to prevent future failure.
To be successful in this role you will need to have an Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Degree with analytical skills/experience. Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role; You should have skill in pareto analysis and reporting; MTC system skill; management skill; good communication skill, interaction internal/external parties, diligent, team work, loyal, willing to work at job site, having good ability, analytical & problem solving process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures. You should fluent in English both oral as well written and computer literacy.
