SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:

Planning, developing and implementing filing system for President Director so as to ensure simple access to required documentsScheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements;Coordinating and arranging President Director’s visitors and personal guestsScreening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needsCreate concept/draft on external business correspondences and internal memos and announcementsTaking care of travel arrangement for President Director, both domestic and overseas trips

Requirements :

Female, single, age max. 27 years oldHolding min. Associate Degree on Secretary preferably from a reputable academy with min. GPA 2,75;Having a good communication skill, well organized and highly accurate.Fluent in English both spoken and writtenMust be fluent in MandarinHigh integrity, honesty and trustworthy
