Receptionist
Responsibilities:

Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.Primarily to handle and to be responsible for all issues related Receptionist jobs such as:  incoming calls/International calls/mails/packages/shipments using local or courier service, coordinate with all related dept. for delivery to factory, courier billing and any monthly reports needed and process payment bills till settled.

Requirements:

Female, preferably singleHolding at least D3/S1 Degree from reputable university with major preferably in Secretary.Having experience as receptionist minimal 2 years.Good performance and excellent ability as team player.Analytical and problem solverEffective verbal and listening communications skills.Computer literacy (min. MS Office) and Fluent in English is a must.Quick learner and able to work independently as well as with teamAble to prioritize the work for meeting the target date datesAttractive appearance and good interpersonal skillsDiligent, honest, self-motivated, reliable and loyalExcellent Stress and Time management skills
